5. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising
Separately from the information you type into our forms, this website uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how our advertising performs:
- Meta Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel, an analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Meta that a page on this site was viewed, along with your IP address, browser and device information, and the page you were on. We use it to measure whether our ads reach people who are interested and to reach similar people with future ads.
- Advertising Click Identifiers: If you reach this site from an advertisement, the link may carry an identifier that we store in a cookie so that a later form submission can be matched back to the ad you clicked. It identifies the click, not you personally.
- Your Choices: You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, use a browser extension that blocks trackers, or adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this website or submit a form.
- Third-Party Handling: Information collected by the Meta Pixel is handled by Meta under its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. We do not send the contents of our forms to Meta through the pixel in your browser.
6. Information Saved as You Go
Like most modern forms, our survey saves your progress as you move through it, whether or not you finish.
- What Is Saved: The information you enter, such as your name, contact details, address, and your answers to the survey questions, along with standard usage and device data: how you interact with the form, taps on our phone number, browser and device characteristics, your IP address, and the advertising identifiers described in Section 5.
- How We Use It: To make the survey easier to use, to protect this website from spam and automated traffic, and to follow up with you about your request.
- Where It Is Kept: In our own systems, protected by the measures described in Section 7 (Data Security).
Your rights in Section 8 and the contact details in Section 12 apply to this information just as they do to a submitted form.
7. Data Security
- We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use a combination of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure the information we collect on this website. Consent records for text messaging are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with applicable regulations.
