4. Termination of Service

  • Termination: The company may terminate a contract with two days' written notice, and you may terminate a contract with seven days' written notice.
  • Return of Property: Upon termination, you are required to return all company property, including keys, records, notes, data, and equipment.

You understand that this consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Consent to Share and Distribute Information: By submitting any form on this website, you expressly consent to LightSkye Energy sharing, distributing, or transferring your personal information, including contact details and project information, with our network of authorized dealers, installers, financing partners, affiliate partners, lead partners, referral partners, independent sales professionals, and other trusted third-party business partners. 6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

  • Program Description: LightSkye Energy offers an SMS/text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from LightSkye Energy including but not limited to: one-time verification codes, appointment confirmations, service updates, and other communications related to your inquiry or service.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Verification messages are sent as one-time codes when you request them. Service-related messages are sent as needed based on your inquiry or project status.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. LightSkye Energy does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at support@lightskye.com or 888-668-7593.
  • Help: For assistance with our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at support@lightskye.com or 888-668-7593.
  • Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from LightSkye Energy.
  • Phone Number Confirmation: By providing your mobile phone number, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receiving text messages at that number.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LightSkye Energy is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues or device incompatibility.
  • SMS Consent and Phone Number Privacy: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or distributed to any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is only shared with messaging service providers and aggregators that facilitate the delivery of text messages on our behalf.

7. Forms and Acknowledgment

  • Acknowledgment Required: All forms on this website require you to acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service before submission. By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, sharing, and distribution of your information as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
